LETTER OF GUARANTY

Dear Sir/Madam:

We wish to inform you that the Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Loan Application of
CRISTINA P. PUNZAL for Purchase of Residential Unit has been APPROVED in the
amount of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED NINE PESOS (P 2,964,409.00), to be secured by a Real Estate Mortgage
(REM) on the property presently covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No.
057201802064242 of the Registry of Deeds (RD) of BACOOR, CAVITE CITY. .

We guarantee to release the net proceeds to you, provided that the borrower
shall comply with the following requirements within ninety (90) calendar days from
receipt of his/her Notice of Approval:

 The borrower’s other housing account is updated (for existing housing


borrower) and the borrower shall no other undeclared pending application in
other branches
 TCT/CCT in the name of the borrower/co-borrower/s (if applicable) free from
any lien and/or encumbrance except for the mortgage annotation in favor of
Pag-IBIG Fund (Owner’s Duplicate Copy)
 Certified True Copy of TCT/CCT in the name of the borrower/co-borrower/s (if
applicable) free from any lien and/or encumbrance except for the mortgage
annotation in favor of Pag-IBIG Fund (RD’s copy)
 Surety bond (for properties that are subject to the lien imposed by Section 4
Rule 74 of the Rules of Court), if applicable
 Loan and Mortgage Agreement duly registered with Registry of Deeds with
original RD stamp (indicate new TCT/CCT No. prior to mortgage
annotation)
 Duly accomplished/notarized Promissory Note
 Certified True Copy of Deed of Absolute Sale (reflecting civil status of
borrower and correct lot area of the property) (the amount of which must
not be less than the amount approved) (RD’s copy)
 Photocopy of Updated Tax Declaration (House and Lot) and Updated Real
Estate Tax Receipt/Tax Clearance in the name of the borrower
 Duly signed Disclosure Statement on Loan Transaction
 Notarized Assignment of Retention Proceeds, if applicable

If the borrower fails to comply with all the requirements within 90 calendar
days and further fail to request an extension, we shall cancel the borrower’s housing
loan application without prior notice.

Should the above conditions meet your approval, please sign the conformity
portion in the space provided below and return a copy of this letter to us. Pag-IBIG Fund
reserves the option to cancel the approval of the borrower’s housing loan application if
the letter is not returned to us with your conformity within thirty (30) days from receipt
hereof.
