Based on the discussion before, we can conclude that IBM needs to focused on enabling strategy,

growth, productivity, and specially for culture changes.

1. Trust and personal relationships, means that IBM must engage leaders and employees at
any levels because the company needed to come together and avoid individualism culture.
Also have to recognize the changing culture is a journey, not a difficult thing.
2. Dedication on every client success, so all they do is for the customers. Make them feel
special, put them in the first place, and measure their success as louis gerstner said on the
eight principles.
3. Innovation that matters, for our company and for the world. Means give changes or creating
more effective processes, products, and ideas for the company and the world.
