Knowledge management is the process of creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and
information of an organisation. It refers to a multidisciplinary approach to achieving organisational

1. Xerox: organize knowledge management with improving their platform to distribute and
maintain the knowledge easier for their employees.
2. BCA: Why is important? We as human being, in every generation. Share knowledge from the
generation to generation with successful story to motivate the new generation. Especially,
to overcome the problem from the previous generation. What is the challenge of knowledge
management? Direct people to share the knowledge. How to overcome the problem? We
should make a documentation.
3. What is knowledge lost? If a person who have knowledge, then get pension or move to other
company. How to overcome the knowledge lost? Make they are not the only person who
have the knowledge, give them benefit, give them promotion.
4. Talent mapping is important. Differentiate between thinker and implementator.
