Oil Volume 37,960 Liters

1 Main Tank Oil Purification (optional - Shell Diala S4 ZX-1)

To execute at least three complete cycle to achieve Dielectric
Breakdown Voltage of more than 60KV and Moisture Content
less than 10ppm.

2 General Inspection & Replacement of Rubber Bellow

To perform cleaning of transformer body c/w inspection of
rusted sections and antirust painting application at the body.
All LV chambers, radiator flanges, transformer guard and
bushing inspection.To conduct transformer guard tests by actual
simulation for triggering the guards that verified by TKPS
personnel's .
To supply gaskets / o-rings if leakage happens:
Type: Neoprene Rubberized Cork Sheet Gasket
Make: James Walker
Type: Nebar White N6/25
Sizes: Custom cut with thickness of 6.4mm, 10mm or
12.5mm (following thickness of existing gasket replaced)
To supply and replace all bolts and nuts at the HV & LV Bushing
with brass-type.
To supply and replace all rubber bellows at the HV & LV side
with 5mm THK.

3 Electrical Testing (3 days)

To perform these tests
Tan Delta Testing on Transformer Winding and Bushing
IR/PI for Transformer Winding
Turns Ratio Test
DC Winding Resistance Test
