Management Game”. The simulation helped me understand what motivation
theories are, and then how I could apply what I learned in real life situations.
- We also had to read New York Times articles every module that we then discussed

Working at Starbucks, the organizational leadership program
has almost 100% of the time aligned with the missions and
values that Starbucks holds.
I am a Store Manager at Starbucks, and every single
leadership class has given me better and stronger skills as a
leader. I hope to continue my education as a leader and
apply what I have learned at my job.
Yes I will be using some papers that I have written as an
example of my learnings.
I thought that the most important aspect of this assignment is
to see the big picture of my learning through out my time
here as ASU. I was moved to see all the papers and
assignments I have completed through the years here at
ASU.
I was not sure about the best way to illustrate my growth
with in my course. As I went through each and every class I
saw some artifacts that I know that I will want to highlight
within my e-portfolio.
