A General Purpose Heavy Duty Waterbase Degreaser

HEAVY BREAK MIB 100 is quick separating light to medium oil and grease, suitable for the removal of most
mineral oils, fats, greases and preserving agents
 Based on water, selected non-ionic and anionic surfactants which are biodegradable.
 Good cleaning properties and fresh odor.
 Can replace solvent base cleaner in some case
 Safe to use on all common metals, painted surfaces, epoxy and zinc-sillicated coatings..

Application:

HEAVY BREAK MIB 100 water base degreaser is used to clean machinery, floor plates and bulkheads in
engine rooms, etc.

Directions for use:

General maintenance
For cleaning inengine rooms etc., HEAVY BREAK MIB 1000 is used undiluted. Dampen the surface to be
cleaned and let the product act for 5-10 minutes. Brush the surfaces occasionally and finally rinse them
thoroughly with water.

Immersion baths:
HEAVY BREAK MIB 100degreaser is applied undiluted at ambient temperature or up to a maximum of 55o C
in a heated tank. Soak components for several hours, remove from the bath and rinse thoroughly with a
waterjet.
