We would like to submit you the lab reports of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate,
cement and reinforcement bars of according to the letter received on date
2074/10/21 regarding to Construction of Superstructure of Dhobikhola Bridge.

Test Conducted on Construction materials are as follows:

Coarse Aggregate:

 Gradation test (Sieve Analysis)

 Aggregate crushing value test
 Flakiness Index
 Loss- Angles abrasion test
 Water absorption test

Fine Aggregate:

 Gradation test (Sieve Analysis) and fineness modulus

 Organic Impurities test
 Wash test(Soil content)

Shivam OPC cement:

  Initial and final setting time
 Fineness(Sieving method)
 Consistency test
 Compressive Strength test

Reinforcement bar:

 Weight per meter

 Tensile strength
 Elongation test

All the lab reports as mentioned above are attached herewith this letter. Also we
would like to inform you that cement is of SHIVAM OPC, Fe- 500 TMT
reinforcement bars as well as quarry of coarse and fine aggregates are Kaldhunga-
Kavre and Belkhu-Dhading respectively,
