SCRIPT

1. Introduce our group dan our food


Good morning my friends. Today we are going to present our special food. Before that, I will
introduce my group, my name is YULIANA DEWI SISWANTI and my friend YUSI AMELIA. Okey
we will show you how to make “SQUID CHILI BASIL AND PORRIDGE RED BEANS”.
2. The ingredients, the kitchen utensils and step to SQUID CHILI BASIL.
 To make it, we need :
 Squid
 Chili
 Garlic
 Pecans
 Leeks
 Brown sugar
 Salt
 Ginger
 Turmeric
 Lime juice
 Basil leaves
 Kitchen utensils we are use
 Bowl
 Wok
 Plate
 Spoon
 Stove
 Spatula
 Blender
 Cutting board
 Knife
 Step
First slice the garlic, chili, set aside
Then blender ginger, pecans, turmeric, garlic, and add a little water
Then, slice the chives and chop the basil leaves
After that, squeeze the lime into the squid and then cut the squid.
And then turn on the stove and heat the oil, add the garlic, fine spices, chili, leeks,
and salt. Stir until the spices are fragnant.
Add basil leaves, squid and stir again until cooked. Then add brown sugar and ready
to serve.

3. The ingredients,the kitchen utensils and step to PORRIDGE RED BEANS


 To make it, we need :
 ¼ kg Red beans
 ¼ kg Brown sugar
 65 ml Coconut milk
 Salt
 Milk
 3 tsb cornstarch
 1 L water
 I pack sago pearls
 Kitchen utensils we are use
 Bowl
 Stove
 Pan sauce
 Ladle
 Spoon
 Step
First boil red beans and salt to taste in boiling water until softened. Second, and the
brown sugar, sago pearls aand coconut milk.
Then after boiling water, add one tablespoon of cornstarch. Wait until it thickens,
turn off the stove and its ready to serve
