Important Instructions
1. All gates shall be closed immediately after the reporting time, late comers will not be permitted to sit in the test.
2. Bring printed copy of this admit card and another photo id at the time of test. Photo ID may be;
Original CNIC (only for those who are 18 years old or more)/ Recent School / College / Organization photo ID.
Students who fails to bring printed copy of admit card & Photo ID will not be allowed to appear for the Test.
FOR SECURITY REASONS, ALL STUDENTS ARE ADVICE TO BRING ADMIT CARD AND ANY PHOTO-ID ON THE
TEST DAY.
3. Calculators, Mobile phones & other electronic devices including smart watches are strictly NOT ALLOWED in the examination
Centre. Anybody found in possession of above mentioned devices will be disqualified from the test.
4. CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO BRING AT LEAST TWO PENCILS, AN ERASER & A SHARPENER to be used for
attempting the MCQS portion of mathematics & English. USE OF PEN(S) IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE TEST.
5. Only the applicant will be allowed to enter the test Centre, visitors accompanying the candidates will not be allowed inside the test
Centre.
6. The Assessment test will comprise of English & Mathematics (Matric & HSSC-Level-I) and has been structured on multiple

7. This scholarship will be provided on need cum merit basis up-to 100%. Eligibility criteria for the program; Students who have
either passed HSSC Level-I or HSSC Level-II examination in the year 2018 with a minimum 70% or above marks from any BISE
Board of Pakistan/FBISE-Islamabad/AKU-EB. The result will be declared by April 1, 2019. All those students who qualify the THP
Assessment Test –Batch 2019, will than submit the Financial Assistance Form with all the necessary documents latest by April 9,
2019. The final selected candidates will then be invited for the Panel Interviews. All the final selected candidates will have to
provide domicile of their respective district on the Panel Interview Day. IBA reserves the right to disqualify any candidate who do
not meet the criteria at any stage of the selection process or during the training program.
8. Students who have attended THP Training on their HSSC Level-I results last year during the Batch 2018, will not be selected for
the THP Training program of Batch 2019 again.
