CENTRAL CHURCH RESOLUTION
TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNT FOR

TAGBINA CENTRAL SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH

Resolution to open a bank account in the name of Tagbina Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
WHEREAS, the religious organization decided to have a specific bank account for the funds
concerning the development of the church building project located at Mahayag, Poblacion,
Tagbina, Surigao del Sur. To gain positive support from all the sponsors around the world since
the completion of the project largely depends upon the brethren who are able to help.
WHEREAS, the church board has determined it to be the best interest of the Tagbina Central
Seventh Day Adventist Church to establish a banking resolution with Land Bank, be it.
RESOLVED, that the Treasurer, Nenita E. Loropan, be authorized and directed to open a bank
account for the religious organization with Land Bank in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, which is
hereby authorized to honor the deposits, and cheque drawn against such deposits signed by the
District Pastor Marcial D. Robles, Head Elder Larry M. Rama and Treasurer Nenita E. Loropan, as
long as there are funds available in the account.
The undersigned, Charlita C. Bangahon, certifies that she is the duly elected Secretary of Tagbina
Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church, and that the above is a true and correct copy of the
resolution that was duly adopted at a meeting of the Church Board, which was held in accordance
with the State law and the Bylaws of the Tagbina Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church on
November 24, 2018, and that said resolution is now in full force and effect without modification
or recession.
