The following special written resolution to change the name of the church was agreed and passed by
the church board during its meeting on the 12th day of May2019

That the name of the church be changed to: THE BISHOP OF CROSSWORLD- ALIAGA INC.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the members of the Church Board approved that the
name VICTORIOUS FOLLOWERS OF JESUS CHRIST FELLOWSHIP INC. changed to THE
BISHOP OF CROSSWORLD- ALIAGA INC.
