Dear Mayor Chan,

Greetings!

My name is Geofrey Co, a Lapu-Lapu City resident who is into Downhill Biking
Sports, and I am writing this letter in hopes that you will extend your generosity to my
participation in the upcoming “Cavite Downhill Alliance'' this March 18-19 with my
flight date on the 17th. The said event is privately funded, however, I am still short of
funds to date, with only the airfare being shouldered by my bike sponsor - Weapon
Bike. As such, I would like to ask for your financial assistance to help fund my
attendance as I would be bringing the City’s name, and hopefully your name as our
Mayor and my main tournament co-benefactor. Your help would surely create a
positive difference in my life as well as the rest of the biking community of our great
city.

I pray that this letter will be heeded and that I may be given an opportunity to
personally discuss and show you some of my past biking achievements. I thank you
in advance for your support. Your generosity shall be greatly remembered.
