    Identity of klien

    The patient name is Mr Minarni, she wa born in baubau 22 march 1996. She was hospitalized
    becasuse of a wound on the hell of her right foot accompanied by pus

    The patient had been treated for diabetes mellitus at wahidin hospital 4 times, and baubau
    hospital 2 times. She had a pevious surgicalprocedure which is a left kost thumbrusery

    3. respiratory

    Her respiratory rate 20 times/ minute , the breath is clear

    4. circulation

    Blood pressure 100/60 mmHg, no sianosis

    5. ego integrity

    She accept her condition and she belive she will healtly, and back to the home with her happy
    family

    He aet three meels a day, half a meal once and her prohibition is high in cartohydrates foods
