The man who flew with a... tornado

Maybe 19 years old high school student Matt Sutter

from Mizouri, USA had never flown on an
aeroplane but surely a lot of people were jealous
of his flight!

It was March 2006 and Matt had visited his

grandmother in her trailer. Earlier this day the
weather was very good but the night the sky was
full of grey clouds, it was raining and stong winds
were beating the trailer. Then, Matt heard a loud noise like ten airplanes together. Suddenly, walls started
shaking. Matt tried to hold himself to the sofa but he felt like something lift him up and take him out of the
trailer...
After that, Matt was in the middle of a field. The tornado threw him 400 meters away from her
grandmother's trailer. He had a head trauma and some small lacerations on his body. A neighbor helped
him to come back to the trailer.
Matt was very lucky and he was the only person who “travelled” a big distance on a tornado.

RECIPE FOR PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

200 gr yogurt,1 egg,1 spoon of salt,1 spoon of vanilla extract,50 gr

granulated sugar,120 gr self raising flour ,1 spoon of soda,1 tbsp.
butter,honey for serving

EXECUTION

In a bowl, put the yogurt, egg, spoon, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tsp.

vanilla extract, and 50 g sugar. Mix everything together very
well with a hand-wired wire until homogeneously mix.

Add the flour and 1 tsp. soda and mix with the wire equally to mix.

Heat a non-stick pan with a diameter of 30 cm in moderate heat.

Add 1 tbsp. butter and do not cook in high heat to avoid burning pancakes.

Place in pan 3 full of spoonfuls of dough leaving a gap between them as they will spread as they are
cooked.

We check the edges and when the pancakes are caramelized on the one side (this is what we will
understand when it peels off the bottom of the pan), with the help of a metal spatula we turn them on
the other side. We will need 2-3 minutes for each side.

Transfer the ready pancakes to a dish and add honey or toppings of your choice.
