By Physiotherapy Student, D3 Program

1. Introduction
Good morning dear sisters, lectures, staff, and the students who are beloved in our
Lord Jesus Christ. Before starting our activity on this day let us pray. We mark
ourselves with the sign of Christ’s victory,
In the name of father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen

2. Opening Prayer
Our Father, this morning we are here facing You, to be grateful and thankful for
the blessings that we may receive in the days of yesterday, until today. Give us Your
Holy Spirit, especially along our learning today. Accompanied all of us, Your
children, all day long, Father. Do not let us fall into sin, but help us to be more closer
to You. Grant us Your love in every second of our lives, that we may be able to love
others sincerely. We pray this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

3. Gospel Reading
A Reading is taken from the Holy Gospel according to St. Luke 21:34–36
L : The word of the Lord, Praise to you Lord Jesus Christ

4. Music
The Prayer song

5. Reflection
The Gospel is teaching us to be vigilant. Vigilance entails an active watching and
praying so as to prepare for the coming of the Lord. To be vigilant is to be sensitive to
the many manifestations of Jesus in our life. Jesus is making himself present yet many
people are blinded by all these manifestations, unable to see and hear Jesus because of
too much preoccupation with a life of pleasure. Once we are blinded by our
selfishness and self-centeredness, we forget other people and thus we miss Jesus
passing by everyday and extending His presence to us through other people. We
might miss that opportunity, so be watchful and pray at all times. Trying to get closer
to Him. Aware of His presence in our life. Grateful for everything we've got. Always
vigilant, always be on guard and always pray, that we will be strengthened in the faith.

6. Birthday Prayer
Father in heaven, we come to you today thanking You for our sister, Yohanna Sarina
Aprodita Wanggi Mame. We are glad that You have brought us together and allowed
us to know her. On this day, we ask for Your special blessing and a day filled with
hope, joy and optimism. We pray that this coming year might be one that will bring
personal success and fulfillment and accomplishment for her. Father, we know that
You delight in blessing Your children and so we ask for this. May we all be grateful
for Your goodness.
This we ask in the name of our loving Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

7. Our father
Let’s we join all our prayer with the prayer taught Jesus himself
Our Father in Heaven,
Holy be Your Name,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin
against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
[For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours,
Now and forever. Amen.]

8. Quarter hour prayer

God Eternal Truth,
We believe in You
God our strength and our salvation
We hope in You
God infinite goodness,
We love You with our whole heart
You have sent the word, as Savior of the world
Let us all be one in Him
Send us the Spirit of Your Son
That we may glorify Your Name. Amen

9. Closing prayer
Glory to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit... As it was in the beginning,
is now and will be forever. Amen
St. Vincent de Paul… Pray for us.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of Holy Spirit. Amen
