Re: Authorization Letter

Gentlemen,

This is to authorize the bearer of this letter, Mr. Adoniz F. Tabucal to process the authentication of the
following letter of invitation dated March 30, 2016 and notarized on April 7, 2016 before the Office of
Consular Affairs – Authentication Division of the Department of Foreign Affairs and claim on our behalf
the said letter of invitation upon its release.
