National Quality Award vs ISO 9001 v2015 requirements.

- Quality Management System: ISO and PNC have as a mission to

promote and stimulate the adoption of comprehensive quality
processes, so that, the organization could have the best total quality
practices and impulse continuous improvement.
- Direction's responsibility: in this point both established that the leaders
are the ones that should set the purpose unit and main orientation in
the company.
- Resources management: the organization plans the objective
attending to all interest groups and considering the resources, priorities
and circumstances with the final purpose of implement those
objectives.
- Product Realization: execution of action plans should be verified and
efficient the use of resources. Both criteria recommend that for
ensuring an effective and efficient operation the management should
recognize that the result of a process could become in the entry
element of one or more processes.
- Measurement, analysis and improvement: both models seek
continuous improvement in organizations performances in order to
create an added value.
