meet people who want to know about facilities in faculty of languages and arts
and I’d like to share information about parking area around padmasana area in
this campus.

Guide : wow, so far away from here, how long have you been here ?

Guest : we have been here for 3 days. .

Guide : is this your first time in Bali and is this your first time to visit this campus ?

Riska : yes, this is my first time. I really want to come here to know about this
campus specially about facilities in this campus

Guide : wow, sounds great. Okay today, I will be your guide, I’d guiding you and
I’d like to tell information, share information for you about facilities in campus,
especially for parking area around Padmasana area , before that, I’d like give a
little bit information about this faculty of languages and arts. This faculty of
languages and arts is one of the faculty at Ganesha University of Education.it is
located in Ahmad yani street no 67, Singaraja city, Bali. Faculty of languages and
arts of Ganesha university of education has seven study programs. There are
Diploma 3 in visual communication Design, diploma 3 in English language, English
language education, Japanese language education, Balinese language education,
Indonesia language education. And Education of Fine Arts. And this faculty of
languages and arts has many facilities especially parking area and Before I will give
information about this parking area And I want to know from you, what do you
think about this parking area ?

Guest : …. I think it’s enough wide area. It’s enough clean area, it’s so hot, it’s
enough good area, it’s interesting place.

Guide : Okay, the availability of this parking area is one of the facilities on
campus and can be say one of important place in campus because many of
students carry private vehicles, especially motorcycle with two wheel and its be
needed to students and it needs attention from campus or government. Everyday
especially Monday to Friday because many of students lecture and study in class,
in this parking area has many motorcycle which can fill parking area facilities.
Because the purpose of building this parking area to maintain quality , improve
service, for the convenience of students so that students have no trouble parking
their motorcycle in this parking area in campus. Students are not subject to
paying for parking fees can be say student here don’t pay for parking. The parking
area around this Padmasana area can accommodate quite a number of motors.
And students and transportation user are expected to be more orderly in parking
their private motorcycle in the parking bag that has been provided. in terms of
parking security it is good enough through 24 hours security guards to improve
service and parking security on campus

Rosanti : how the security guard works in control this parking area?

A : I have seen security guards here guarding and walked around looking at the
motorcycle and if the security sees valuable such as keys, security guard will kept
the key at the security post and if students felt that have lost keys, they can
report it to the security post and sometimes I have seen security guards got angry
when students park carelessly outside the parking bag provided.

Risna : is there a parking policy on campus?

A : I know that in parked motorcycle in this area is specially for academics in the
faculty of language and arts or those concerned. It is prohibited to park along the
protocol road, students are expected to park the motorcycle in the parking area
location that has been provided. Do not leave valuables in the motorcycle when
parked like a motorcycle lock or hand phone in a motorcycle pocket, and all
damage and loss to motorcycle that occur on campus in entirely the responsibility
of the motorcycle owner.

Hening : are there problems that occur in the parking area here ?

Guide : I know that there is a large park area, not also there but sometimes there
are big events on campus or many people or students visiting the campus park
their motorcycle in the wrong place. you know what I mean, I mean that students
parked motorcycle not in place that had been provided such as some students
parked motorcycle in parking area for lecturers. Actually It is a parking area for
lecturers. Sometimes in the parking area when student finish studying and want
to go home, students were overwhelmed by issuing motorcycle because
motorcycle were attached to other students motorcycle. Security issues in parking
area in my opinion are good, because there are also cctv and security guards can
monitor this parking area.

Melia : Does it mean that student motorcycle are overheated when parking in this
area?

Guide : yes, usually during the day start from at 10.00 am until at 1 p.m student
motorcycle are overheating in this area but in the afternoon around 3 pm, it was
no longer hot.

Risna : parking is near to Padmasana for pray, is this place also used in other
things ?

A : yes, other than a parking area. This place is also used as a gathering place for
students to take part in worship at the big events and to see the gathering of
committee.

B : what is that place ?

A : oh yes really ? what do you think about this place

B. its enough cool, interesting place.

A : oh Yes ,maybe this is a good place to take shelter. Sometimes I wait for my
friend here, you can have a sit here, it is cool here right? Under the tree., you can
seat here to relax here with friends after you finish lecture and talk about
assignment.
