Sharath has worked as a Bosch Production Systems (BPS) coordinator at Bosch India Ltd.
His responsibility was to implement BPS concepts of Lean Manufacturing in the shop floor of
Common Rail Injector (CRI) Manufacturing. Furthermore he has worked as a volunteer in “Neralu”,
a crowd-funded, volunteer-driven event, which organizes the “Bengaluru Tree Festival” in India to
