Valedictory Blog: SIP Reliance Retail Ltd

Hello, I’m Trijoy Ghosh. I’ve done my summer internship with Reliance Retail
Ltd. Working with Reliance is one of the most wonderful experience in my
life. After a thorough training on the first week of our internship we had
become “corporate ready”. As being a market research project intern we
learnt a lot of things like customer shopping experience monitoring,
customer delight, troubles they are actually facing while shopping in most of
the store formats. We learnt how customers’ buying behavior and demand
changes with changing demographics and psychographic situation. I worked
in most of the store formats like Reliance Digital, Trends, Footprints, Jewels,
Jio store etc. I feel privileged to work with such a nice team. I would like to
thank my academic mentor Dr Debraj Datta for his continuous support and
also my corporate guide Mr. Vimal Patel sir for his guidance. I would like to
thank Globsyn Business School for giving me such nice opportunity.
