1. This proposed supply shall be done in 7 consecutive days

2. The proposed supply schedule is as follows:
Day 1-4:
Preparation of Steel Gate
Vertical height shall be 0.50m, horizontal span shall be 2.75m and diagonal strut
shall be 2.80m (for entrance near Sutera Harbour Resort)
Vertical height shall be 0.50m, horizontal span shall be 2.97m and diagonal strut
shall be 2.80m (for entrance near KKTS)
The above mentioned are repeated for the other side of the gate

Day 5:
Preparation of Steel Posts & Supports
2 Nos. of steel posts is cut to have height of 1.0m, with one end welded closed
(top end) and other end welded to steel plate (6 inches diameter)

Steel Gate Hinges are welded to steel posts (for entrance near Sutera Harbour
Resort), and bolt & nut to adjacent wall structure (for entrance near KKTS)

Day 6-7:
Installation of steel gate & finishing works
Steel gate is installed into place
Painting works are performed interchanging colors between black & white every

1 PRELIMINARIES
i. To perform site clearing works - clean all debris and unwanted materials from site

2 STEEL WORKS
i. To supply, deliver and install steel gate (round hollow with 3 inches thick)
ii. To supply, deliver and install steel posts (round hollow with 5 inches thick) (for
Entrance near Sutera Harbour Resort)

iv. To supply, deliver and Steel Gate Hinge (5 inches in height) (for Entrance near
KKTS)

3 FINISHING WORKS
I. To perform painting works Black & Yellow for steel gate and Black for vertical
posts

4 LABOUR CHARGES FOR PERFORMING WORKS

Labour Workers for 7 Consecutive Days of Work

Terms & Conditions:

The Contract Period shall be 7 consecutive days once Client approves to appoint
1 Lanjar Kaya Enterprise to perform said works
2 The Retention Sum shall be 5% of the final quoted price (RM)
The Warranty for the said works shall be 1 month (30 consecutive days) once all
3 parts of the said works have been completed by Lanjar Kaya Enterprise, and hand
over process to Client have been completed
If said works could not be completed in time, a formal Letter of Justification by
4 Lanjar Kaya Enterprise shall be issued to Client, and Contract Period shall be
extended with accordance to the new Contract Period that shall be included in
said letter
Lanjar Kaya Enterprise shall be in no way or form be held responsible in any
5 aspect should any ill-fortuned forthcomings occur on-site that would jeopardize
the performance and/or quality of the said works.
