Quotation : Supply and install ceiling board

Site : Sengkang Public Library.

Supply and install wall guard with corner cap as follow ;

1 ) Supply labour material and tool

to remove all existing ceiling estimate 2100m2 $ 360,000.00.
2 ) Supply labour material and tool to install new ceiling board 600mm x 600mm $ 580,000.00.
Total Amount : $ 940,000.00.

Terms of Payment ;
a) 40% deposit upon receiving written confirmation / acceptance of quotation.
b) 40% claim upon material on site.
c) Full payment upon installation work.
d) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any further supply and installation works
If due to outstanding payment or progress claims have not be fully paid, and we cannot
be held responsible for any delays or consequences arising thereof.
11) Validity : 7 days.
12) Delivery : to be discuss upon confirmation of quotation and receiving of deposit.
