Saksham Success Enterprises® is a registered company as per Govt rules. There are some terms &
conditions that one should keep in mind before registering the company. It is mandatory to read the
following conditions before filling up any registration form.

 Saksham Success Enterprises® is currently running a service under the name “Job Placement”
beside this there is no other service under this company.
 A Job Placement service is registered under Saksham success Enterprises®.
 An amount of money (Rs.Nineteen Hundred Eighty Only+690) decided by the company is
charged from the candidate at the time when he/she would be shortlisted. The amount is non-
refundable.
 Form Charges are extra and may also be varying with time to time. These charges are non
refundable at any cost.
 There may be interview of the candidate during the time of registration. According to that
candidate’s ability is measured.
 The company will provide you, three interviews in different-different sectors for job and it’s up to
the candidate whether to qualify in that or not.

The Saksham Success Enterprises® is not responsible for any failure and after interviews amount
would not be refundable in any case.

 Company is not responsible for any kind of problem with the candidate after placement. (Any
necessary and legal step can be taken against defaulter candidate).
 If the candidate does not attend the interview arranged by the organisation then his/her case
would be closed automatically.
