Fitness Center, Inc.

Over the last two years health-care and employee’s compensation insurance costs has
increased with double up. In 2017 expenses were $6,000 per employee per year, but in 2018
this cost has now risen to $12,000 per employee per year. If we don’t control the expenses of
health-care that it will increasing to cost. In the future we will spending much more money than
we earn.

A way to help decrease expenses of health-care, is to unsure, that our 200 employees are
healthy. We can open fitness center for our company. We will receive a big revenue to the
company, which we can provide new jobs for our company in the future. This will not only create
more new jobs, but it will keep our employees active and healthy. Studies has shown that
exercises will reduce risk of diseases. Active and healthy worker is more motivated, less
stressed, and increase productivity. The fitness center will help decrease expenses of worker’s
compensation for our company.

If we create the fitness program, we will help both employees and company. We will provide
care for all the employees, they will feel better and more productive. This program in the
increase our tax revenue and productivity company.
