Are there any internal conflicts in codes? How can you resolve them?

Knowing that there are situations where involves a superior and an employer. The employer should
recommend to superior that he has a best option to solve any work. The mean mistake is in the
moment or does not know how to express the ideas, there is where the conflicts appear. Always
will appear conflicts with codes because every code is heritage of other and everything are one to
get along well between employers and superiors. We should remember or notice that any kind of
person most get along well to get the objectives.

Are codes and professional societies able to protect employees? Why or why not?

There are professional societies able to protect employees, however, it´s weak and there are little
participation or members interested to run this codes. Sometimes the employees do not say
nothing about the unethical acts by fear of fired. These codes often are used to they own benefit.
The professional societies often are forbidden in some firms because sometimes they concentrate
asking its rights and stop the productions or functions that affect the companies. Finally, these
rules sometimes are used only to get personal benefit to employees without give positive results
to the firms..
