Introduction

This report is summarized on ethical code of an organization MegaTech Company Ltd. This
report is about highlighting the need implementation and importance of ethical code.

MegaTech is IT organization developing the software for decade. So to improve the working
environment and increase the productivity MegaTech needs some rules and regulation so
employee and employer both have ease and professional way maintained.

Why we need code of ethics?


An organization perfection and stability needs some rules and furnished principles which leads it
toward the success. For a professional way of working, to over-come the situation problems, to
avoid mishaps, to increase productivity there is need of code of ethics. The company MegaTech
code of ethics is concluded in this report.

MegaTech and Code of Ethics Importance


MegaTech having issues relating the employee. Like their late routine acting the non-serious
behavior in premises and having many other confidential problems that can cause a huge loss for
the company. That's why MegaTech needs some rules and regulation which requires to be
followed for the smooth working in professional manner. To deal with confidential part of
organization worker's maximum productivity, and building an organizational view it needs some
Code of ethics.

Implementation
In the implementation of this code of ethics company concern with stakeholder of MegaTech and
the entire shareholder which are 12 in the firm. And manager also participates for its conveying
and implementation. After drafting these codes of ethics (mentioned below) these are forwarded
to these entire members for stronger support and implementation. And there will be a e-book
available on the company’s website for easy and 24/7 access. Stakeholder managers and all the
senior management will be delivered these in a conference and next action will be expected by
them.

They have to implement this code of ethic for onward. They also concern in super-vising the
situation that these codes are being followed or not.
Code of Ethics (MegaTech)
Honesty: One of MegaTech code of ethics is being honest with the company and its all concern.
Because it contain many confidential information about the clients, and their projects.

And hiding or discussing anything out of the organization will not be tolerated. In case of the
violation company has full authority to take any favorable action.

Integrity: Maintain your personal integrity. You have courage to bear the problem and handle
the situation with maximum vision of moral. Your integrity is convective of your thoughts words
and action you perform. So in the organization act in moral way, for betterment of both
(Organization and you).

PROMISE-KEEPING: MegaTech requires you to fulfill commitments and keep your promises.
And this point of code of ethics is highly strict about your commitments and promises. So
whatever it is commitment or any other deal regarding the company you have to fulfill it on
priority bases. They do not interpret agreements in an unreasonably technical.

Loyalty: Be loyal within the framework. Do not try to over-rude the situation and other ethical
principles. MegaTech has every right on the worker who conflict with the ethical principle and
hurt the repute of organization. So in case of any violation company has full permission to take
any step to set an example for other.

FAIRNESS:

 Be fair and specific in all dealings.


 Do not exercise power arbitrarily nor use overreaching or indecent means to gain or
maintain any advantage.
 Not take undue advantage of another’s mistakes or difficulties.

Violation will be not entertained and action will be strict.

Caring: Be the sympathetic person. Show care for other human being working with you. Be
kind to each other. Ethical executives seek to approach their business objectives in such a way
that causes the least harm and maximum positive aspects.

Respect For Others: In the MegaTech every worker is respected. So it is compulsory to


everyone have some respect other. Do not strike on someone self-respect or don’t try to use
abusive language these act are strictly prohibited in the organization (MegaTech).
Law Abiding: MegaTech is surely concern that both rules should be followed (laws of the
state and Code of ethics). Any case charged on the worker against the law of state will lead you
to a permanent loss of organization. So you are bound to obey the law of state in the
organization.

COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE: As a part of MegaTech there is a commitment that


should be fulfilled by employee. You should be committed to excellence, find excellence in
every task in every manner. Increase the productivity of yourself. Be a better role in the progress
of MegaTech.

Work-frame Usage: All the machinery in the MegaTech is for worker ease. So they can
conclude their work without any hurdle. Using third party application, using company computer
telephone or any other thing for personal assessment/use is not allowed. These are provided for
ease of employee for sake of company.

Personal Life and MegaTech: MegaTech do not concern with your personal matters. It has
only related to your action in company and about the company. So keep your personal life circle
out of the organization.

Leave and Pay Rules: Three Leave are allowed to every worker per month regarding the
situation. As well as you are allowed to do work from home three days a month except leave.
MegaTech tries its best to pay you on time but in case of banking unavailability or temporary
shutdown worker has no right to blame the company. And if you need urgently pay (in
emergency/ in advance) may you can contact the senior.

Confidential Information: Company do have many information about the company inside
matters and also deals with their clients. So leaking the secret of company is highly restricted
whatever information it is. No-one has right to tell these publicly as company has already told
publicly what he thought to tell about.

For Stakeholder and Managers


Misuse Of authority: For senior member of the company these some principles are stated. They
are also required to follow the above and as well as these too. Manager and stakeholder should
know the usage of their authority when where and how to use it. Do not try to misuse the power.
Be kind and generous to juniors.

Personal Leverage: As being on senior post do not forget the difference between personal
advantages and company advantages. Do not prioritize your own benefit on the company benefit.
Do not try to Approach Company’s client personally for your advantages. These are strictly
actionable things.
Conclusion
These rule should be followed regardless the situation. These are only generated for the
maximum productivity of company and maintaining the professional environment in the
company. Company has already mentioned that any violation in any case will leads you to a
punishment or temporary struck off letter or severe violation will cause permanent loss of your
place in the company
