opening of classes. decorations, reminders, DRRM corners,
waste segregation corners with four properly labeled trash
bins are provided in support to RA 9003 otherwise known
as Solid Waste Management Act.

WASTE MANAGEMENT IN CLASSROOMS

A part of a classroom, where trash bins are placed, appears to be untidy and
shabby. Segregation of trash had been a common problem in every
classroom.

The teachers and parent-volunteers label the trash bins

Biodegradable, Non-biodegradable and Recyclable for the
students to distinguish where will they throw their trash.

A part of classroom shows an orderly

placed trash bins with its labels. Now that
bins have all been arranged, garbage waste
will be thoroughly segregated by the
students.

waste down to the Materials Recovery Facility.
