Day 2
III. HOW TO MEASURE THE CURRENT STATE?
1.    Process documentation.
2.    Principles of Lean and Value Stream Mapping.

6.    Process capability analysis.

Day 3
IV. HOW TO ANALYZE FOR ROOT CAUSES?

Prerequisites to attend the program

Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of education and at least a basic
exposure (as an intern or otherwise) to the industry.
Work experience in any industry is an added advantage but not essential.  Our
Expert instructors will handhold you to ensure comprehensive understanding
on the topics covered.

Certification criteria
100% attendance during the sessions.
Must pass the final certification exam with minimum passing percentage.
Examination pattern - 2 hours, 100 questions, multiple choice, open book.
