INGREDIENTS:
1Kg. milkfish/shrimp
1tsp. all ground pepper
½ cup garlic
Sugar, extract, say sauce, vinegar & atsuete
Hog casing

PROCEDURE:
1. Deboning of milkfish
2. Husk the shrimp
3. Cleanse the hog casing
4. Cut the milkfish into cubes, shrimp and garlic
5. Mixed all the ingredients and blend well
6. Imbrue for 10 minutes
7. Tie it with a cotton tread in equal distance of about 2 inches.
8. Steam for 10 minutes
9. Pack in polyethylene bag
10. Store in freezer for longer storage
