B.M.T Abilicious is a partnership business organization, it will be managed by the

six owner of the business in which each of us will contributes capital and we’ll
have a fair share in business profit. We aimed to have a good outcome and
positive impact towards our customers, Each of us will be responsible in all works
and concerns within our business.

We will provide a good quality of product and we will see to it that our product will
reach to their satisfaction.To Achieve a good result we will plan different
techniques in managing our business by starting to train ourselves on how to be
good entrepreneurs. Respect is one of the fundamental rules within our
workplace; we will respect our customers as well as our fellow workers in order to
create a peaceful business organization.

In addition, B.M.T Abilicious will be having a cleaning activity every now and then,
each of us will maintain the cleanliness of the area and also to our selves. We
will also implement the given ruler and regulations as a part of the management
in that way we can ensure the safety of the workers in the workplace. Regarding
the rules and regulations, no one will exempted in the consequences if it will
violate.

B.THE PRODUCT

Boba Mango Tapioca (B.M.T) has it’s wonderful sweet, creamy and a
combination of flavors perfect for a dessert. Everything that you see in our
product contributes to the flavor, it is a mix of condensed milk, sweet corn,
gulaman, mango and other delicious ingredients. It was a very delicious taste
and has a sweet flavor that everyone loves.

Boba Mango Tapioca is good for everyone, especially in our climate today. It’s
our all time favorite and one of those desserts that we usually have during
summer time. What’s great in our product is that we always make sure that
everything that comes from our hand are of excellent quality, cost- effective and
has a lot of benefit.

BENEFITS

Due to the ingredients we employ in our products, which have promising

health and nutritional benefits, our product is well suited to the preferences of our
target customers.Not to mention that tapioca itself has some health advantages
as well, such as promoting weight growth due to its high carbohydrate content.

Ingredients in our goods included sweet corn, all-purpose cream, sugar,

condensed milk, evaporated milk, real Mango, gulaman powder, and mango
flavored condensed milk. Since we were more focused with the nutritional and
health benefits, we did our research before selecting the right ingredients for our
product.

C. PRODUCTION PROCESS

INGREDIENTS

1. ’Sago’ or Tapioca pearls (1/4kg)

2. Mango (1kg)
3. Evaporated Milk (410ml)
4. Condensed Milk (250ml)
5. All Purpose Cream (250ml)
6. Gulaman Powder/Gelatin (1sachet)
7. Mango Flavored Condensed Milk (250ml)
8. Sweet corn (425grams)
9. Sugar (1tablespoon)
10. Water (1liter)

PROCEDURES:
1.Boil the “Sago’’/Tapioca Pearls and
wait until It soften.

2. Cook the Gulaman/Gelatin into

medium heat and put into container
and set aside

3.Peel the Mangoes and scrub into

Small Pieces.and keep the seed of
the mango to make a mango furie
4.Mix all the All Purpose Cream,
Condense, Evaporated and a
Mango Furie and blend.

5.Start Putting all the Ingredients In a

bottle

6.Put the labels and Serve.
