Group - 6
Section 1:
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The nature of our project is making of Cheezam Tart. The
project is a sort of entrepreneurship to augment financial
status of our group/family.

 
We entrepreneur have the knowledge of the basic cooking /
baking techniques and procedures. We are patient, creative
and responsible in handling and managing the business.
 
It develops us to become an effective entrepreneur and can also be a source
of income that can eventually contribute to the local and national economy .
Section 3:
Overview of the Business
• The name of our business is Cheezam Tart. In the
near future, entrepreneurs may open this to retailers
and resellers, this is another way to spread the name
of our business. And possibly we will incorporate
our products to café , restaurants and other stores
here in the Province of Lala

Business Plan
• In making this project the group met a lot of problems.
One is that each member of the group lives in areas far
away from each other, being far, the group have a hard
time to gather to make the project. Second, our group is
having a difficulty in meeting each other to make the said
product considering that we are students and we have other
projects/requirements to be comply with.
• It is very important to address these problems so
that we can adjust our time and money and energy in
making the product.

• We will not waste our time and energy in useless


things instead we will produce the product. And if
we have extra time we will produce products to gain
extra profit

Marketing Plan
• Our product is Cheezam Tart. As of now we are just
focusing in one product: Cheezam Tart. Our Product
is very dense in ingredients and rich in flavour yet
affordable. Once you get a bite of it you’re not
gonna regret and crave it over and over again.
• Our business will be located within Lala National
High School (LNHS) in Maranding. Near the
Aquino building 2 and Aquino Building 1 of Lala
National HS. The product will be sold to the:
students and teachers of LNHS. It is possible to
estimate how much of the product is currently being
sold.
• The selling price of our product is ₱12.00 each tart. We
are going to use social medias to advertise our product
because nowadays, people have social media accounts and
everyday almost everyone use this so expecting they will
see the ad on the screen walls. In Promoting the product
we don’t need to cost any amount of money since the only
thing needed is only social media.
Technichal Plan
• For now we do not offer any kind of special services, but
we are hoping that in the long run of our business we can
be able to generate more profit and eventually offer special
services.

• Our competitor are our fellow entrepreneurs/classmates.


What makes our business unique from others is that our
product is really dense in ingredients and from the
appearance to taste it is really appetizing and heavenly.

Research Analysis
• Mostly everyone is our target. The market size would be
estimated by our capital and profit. We are going to sell
the products to the possible costumers; classmates,
teachers and students .One way of reaching our costumers
is by using Social media that encourages online interaction
between the customers and our business using various
social networking sites. Another way is by using our
personal contacts that allows the costumer to contact us
anytime.
• As of now we don’t need any partners, because our
business in not yet big enough to have any partner.
Section 7
Organization and
Management Plan
• The business shall be managed by the proponent ourselves.
We will stick to our plan and take actions on what we
have planned for the business to be organized.

• We managed our business by helping and understanding


each other, sharing ideas, and making sure that our
workplace and product are clean, and are in good quality.
• A good sales talk is one of the qualities of a good
entrepreneur that could win buyers/costumers to buy
the product. One of the qualities we applied is
having a good sales talk in persuading the
buyers/costumers. We also experience things that are
related to entrepreneurship such as counting money
from profit that we gain from selling the product.
• Before we will operate the Business we will set a plan on
how to run and how to manage the business and analyzing
if the said plan is precise .
• - As of the utensils we did not buy anything we just
borrowed the following kitchen/cooking utensils
from our parents:

• In our business the fixed assets will be required for
the office is expensive because of transportations
that we are using, communication because we have
the communicate each other but even we experience
that one but we make sure that our business is
successful and we can earn money make it more.
• In our research the administrative cost will be
incurred because of some expenses of finding the
materials ,and recipe the we are using in making our
product ,even we experience this one but in
accounting we make sure that we can earn money
and have big profit because we make sure that we
can do it and by using teamwork.

Sustainability
I . Financial Plan

• To run a business we need funds , as of now we are


young and we don’t have any source of income. By
means of funds it will be coming from or savings or
parents. We are hoping that after a long run of our
business, we can gain profit from this business
II. Social Impact

•The long-desired outcomes that we are going


to expect in our business are that we hope our
business will not be exposed only here in
Maranding but also globally.
• The impacts of the activities of our business will generate
personal well-being socially and also mentally, being able
to interact with costumers

• It will develop us to become an effective entrepreneur and


can also be a source of income that can eventually
contribute to the local community .
