Tart is an open pastry case containing a filling. It is a delicious appetizer
made form a crust and a chosen filling. Tart is very delicious and affordable for
everybody. A tart is small pie filled with fruit or custard, with no top crust, like the
cherry tarts you bought at the bakery. It is the smaller version of pie.

This plan is written for a guide for starting and operating of this business. The
main goal of this plan is to provide delicious appetizer for everyone and to gain
profit. This small-scale business is provided by our group.

The objectives of our product Tart are:

business that will gain more profit.

The choco tart business is a small business which is provided by our
group that each member has an individual responsibility.

Tart, the smaller version of pie. It will be created, prepared,operated, and
managed by our group.

B. Procedure

1. Mix all the dry ingredients, after it is well mixed. Add the liquid ingredients.Except
the chocolate.

2. When well mixed. Start to knead the dough until it is able to rise.
3. Let the dough rise for 30 mins.

4.After the dough is risen, punch down the dough to release the air.

5.Flatten the dough and form circular shapes.

6. Put the dough on the muffin pan, make sure that there is no air pockets.
7.Add the chocolate as filling.

8. Bake in 15 mins.
