Product Management Feasibility

This study discusses about the company's manufacturing methods and operations. It
also outlines the production equipment and services, as well as other methods of
converting raw materials into a saleable finished product. The plant's construction, size,
and development schedule are also used to help describe the business operation.
Product specifications, product processes (represented by a flowchart), a list of
equipment, tools, and suppliers (with costs), raw materials, and funding sources are
also listed.

Product

1.1 Product Description

Since Milk tea is popular nowadays, the team made a special milk tea whose
main ingredient is Malunggay. Malunggay is known to be rich in many essential
vitamins and minerals. This Moringa Milk Tea is rich in antioxidants which can lose
weight and help reduce fats in our body.

1.2 Product Preparation Guide

Ingredients

 1 malunggay/ moringa powder.

 1 cup of hot water.
 2 tablespoons non-dairy creamer or powdered skim milk.
 Simple syrup, to taste/honey to sweeten, to taste.
 ½ cup ice, more as needed.
 Tapioca pearls, cooked, as needed
 Making Process

 In a large bowl, steep the tea bags in the hot water for 5 minutes. Remove
the tea bags and discard.
 Add the creamer and simple syrup to taste, and stir to mix and dissolve.
 Add and stir in ice to cool off mixture then transfer to a serving glass filled
with tapioca pearls. Serve Immediately.

Waste Disposal Method

One of the most prominent parts of the business is waste disposal. Observing the
cleanliness and orderliness of business should be a must. We are going to have three
trash bins to apply proper waste disposal, one is for the biodegradable, non-
biodegradable, and also for plastic to be recycled.
