A.

Describe what strategies you would develop to encourage staff to participate in

decision making processes, assume responsibility and exercise initiative as
appropriate. Explain why these strategies would work within the organisation.

As a floor manager, I will organize a meeting for everyone to discuss what is

required for the company to maintain continuous progress in the face of the
pandemic. A floor manager is in charge of overseeing the general operations
of a certain department in a working factory. I will describe new social
distancing and safety measures procedures that must be properly followed in
order for everyone to be protected from the virus. Organizations that supply
and receive materials/products within or outside the premises must be
thoroughly cleaned. There will be two shifts because we have two teams. The
first team will be allocated to the morning shift from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., while the
second team will be assigned to the night shift from 1 p.m. to 10 p. Even if I
have the most responsibility over certain departments and in making wise
judgments, it is far preferable to encourage my staff to engage in planning by
offering them opportunity to communicate and contribute ideas. Involving
employees in decision-making processes requires them to take responsibility
and exercise initiative when needed.

B. Taking into consideration that some of the organisation workforce work different
shifts and new social distancing and safety measures must be implemented,
describe how you could ensure that the continuous improvement process is
communicated to all stakeholders.

Despite the fact that there is an organized workforce that works in various
shifts and that new social distancing and safety precautions must be
introduced. I might argue that I could ensure consistent improvement is still
conveyed to everyone by informing them through various techniques such as
meetings, conferences, and so on, as well as updating and monitoring them.
Monitoring performance is an essential component of a continuous
improvement strategy. Employees will be informed and will know when to
expect progress results reports, and adjustments, if reports were supplied on
a frequent basis, may be incorporated by everyone.

C. Explain what should be considered when implementing the changes on how waste
materials will be stored, in terms of ensuring that change and improvement
processes meet sustainability requirements and follow COVID-19 safety
requirements.

The epidemic of covid-19 poses huge hurdles to several organizations. For

everyone's safety, all facilities should have policies and processes in place for
the appropriate management of all waste created, such as adequate waste
segregation and disposal. Be suitable for the dangers and risks associated
with the organization's work activities Ensure the safety of the workplace with
the assistance of Marshals who will closely check compliance with the rules
are being followed.
D. Describe what strategies could be put in place to capture information about staff who
have experience in many of the proposed changes, from working in other
organisations or projects.
