WARRANTY OF EQUIPMENT AND WARRANTY OF SERVICES

1. The SELLER warrants that the equipment/items are Brand New and free
from any hidden defects;
2. The warranty of the abovementioned equipment/item shall be 1 year on
parts and 5 years on compressor of each unit from the date of its delivery
to the BUYER;
3. The warranty shall also include parts and labor/service cost;
4. Only authorized service personnel of the SELLER shall be allowed to do
the repairs of the equipment; Provided, that should technical problems
be encountered in extreme cases and the authorized service personnel is
not available, the BUYER may commission other persons to do the
repairs under the direct supervisions of any authorized representative of
the SELLER; and
5. Should there be claims arising under the warranty of the SELLER, the
BUYER shall immediately notify the SELLER in writing. Upon receipt of
such notice, the SELLER shall, within 15 days from receipt thereof and
with reasonable promptness, repair or replace the defective parts thereof,
without cost to the BUYER.
