    Dear Sudip,

    This has reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, for the position of Sales
    Executive in our organization to be based at Kolkata.

    We are pleased to confirm the offer of employment for the above position on terms and conditions
    mutually discussed and agreed.

    Your probation period started on 4th September,2014.

    Terms and Conditions:-


    1) Basic salary – Rs. 10000/month
    2) You will be on probation for a period of 3 months during which the employer can ask the employee
    to leave the company at a short notice period of 1 day.
    3) However, during the probation period the employee will have to serve a 15 day notice period if
    desired by the employer.
    4) All the equipment, such as mobile, provided to you for official purposes should be returned back if
    you leave this job.

    Please return the enclosed copy duly signed as a token of your acceptance of the letter.
