1.

start manycam,
go to: sources - cameras,
select your camdriver,
click the icon for vertical flip right of your self image
(smallest blue circle in the screenshot below).

2. start skype,
go to: tools - options - general - video settings - select webcam:
select "manycam virtual webcam"
click on "Save"
