IMMUNIZATION DATA FOR CHILDREN AGING 0-5 YEARS OLD.

From the 43 households surveyed we came up with the result of 69 total population of children
in our scope (phase 2) , assessed to be in the age bracket from 0-5 years old.
The figure below shows the Numerical data of the immunization status of Children below 5
years Old living in Purok Forever Phase 2.

The Pie Chart shows that out of the 69 total population of children in Purok Forever Phase 2
more than half of the population of children have already completed their vaccination and
immunization. From BCG to measles vaccine majority of these children are aging from 2-5
years old having a percentage of 69.56% out of 100% overall percentage of children in Phase 2.
And 17 Children with immunization status that are still ongoing and or not complete yet,
majority of this children are aging 0-1 year of age. Having a percentage of 24.63% out of 100%
the overall percentage of children in Phase 2.
And the remaining digits show the number and the percentage of the children to whom we
failed to get their immunization data due to the lack or insufficient knowledge of the guardian
or the parent or No Data. These takes up 5.79% of the total population of children comprising
of 4 children under the age bracket of 3-5 years old .
ANTHROPOMETRIC DATA

Anthropometric Data is the numerical measurement of the human body specifically the height
and weight. That is then used to compute for the BMI or the Body Mass index, a basis that
shows whether a person is overweight, underweight or within normal weight.

From the 43 households surveyed we came up with the result of 69 total population of children
in our scope (phase 2) in Purok Forever Olingan Dipolog City , assessed to be in the age bracket
of 0-5 years old.

The Pie Chart Above Shows that Majority of Children aging from 0-5 years old in Purok Forever
Phase 2 that, more than half of the population of Children in Phase 2 are underweight having a
number of 37 out 69 the total population of children, allotting 56.63% of the whole population
of Children in the area. 8 children are underweight that is 11.59% of the population of children
in Phase 2. And only 5 Children are within Normal weight out of the 69 Children, comprising
only 7.24 % of the overall population of children in Phase 2. The remaining digits shows no
Data, these were the Children where we failed to assess, because of the time we visited their
homes these children were not around. Having a big percentage of the overall population of
27.5 % and under this are 19 Children still not assessed.
