Renif RR Door Outer R/L :- (a) Accuracy of part Gap – 76.92% LH.
(b) One datum hole size coming NG. Spec = 8.0 + 0.2 Actual = 8.32
1 (c) Hole & Trim Burr observed in part.
(d) Accuracy of RH side Part is – 59.6 RH

EXT. Side Body outer LWR R/L :- (a) Accuracy of part R/L = 80.95/80.0.
(b) Heavy Wrinkle observed in Part.

Renif RR Door Window:- (a) Accuracy RH = 88.64%

(b) Burr observed in Part.

(c) Hole Found Deformed in Parts.

Renif RR Wheel House For R/L :- (a) Accuracy of part RH = 84.2% & LH = 81.5%

4 (b) Rocking observed in part up to 0.8mm

Pedal Assy Brake : - (a) Spot Welding FOA not available of Part.
5 (b) DT Test Done in Part Found ok.
