1. Intro

iContact Management System: is fundamentally implied for keeping the records of the people. Records
comprise of their name, office address, place of residence, email id, assignment, telephone numbers and so
on. In the task the vast majority of the capacities are dealt with.

iContact Management System will give the essential arrangement of adding a new contact, searching,
updating, and deleting a contact. It likewise gives the client to interface with the facebook. The system will
produce a report, can export it to pdf. The users can give its input and can likewise give any
recommendations.

By effectively actualizing the iContact Management System: a substantial knowledge has been gained
regarding in the implementation of the application based database framework so as to store the records.

2. Problem Statement

The issue here is that putting away the contact data on paper is minimal massive and is hard to oversee
and store these papers. They can be overlooked where they were set or could be annihilated by the little
creatures like rat and etc. For an individual reason it could be overseen however for associations where
there is a need to keep these data's for later use it will make an issue if such thing occurs.

Things being what they are, for what reason don't we keep it in our PC as a record? You may state that we
could have utilized WORD or NOTEPAD, yes we could have utilized however all things considered it would
be somewhat hard to look through a contact or erase one or include a contact subsequent to looking over
a great many pages of word yet the product CONTACT BOOK gives an aggregate and a simple interface to
include, search, erase a contact without experiencing pages. All that work will be finished by he
programming itself.

3. Purpose and Objective:

This system should be capable of not just storing the details about the pre-existing contacts, but also

performing necessary updates, as well as adding new information about recent activities. Such a system can be

referred to as a iContact Management System.

Other Objectives:

 To develop a web-based contact management system that allow the user to leverage some of the
popular social networking tools, local e-mail client as well as internet based contact managers.
 To allow only authorized user to access various function and processed available in the system.
 Reduced written work and problem of storing the diaries as most of the work done by computer.

4. Scope of Work:

4.1. Methods and Activities

The overall purpose of this project is to develop a contact manager website which will provide an
interface between controls applications using Python in Django web development. One aspect of this
work will be to develop a language independent object-oriented model to the accelerator devices.
The primary extension and expectations of the venture would be to:

 Understand and get ready nitty gritty client necessity and details

 Prepare high level and detailed design specifications of the system

 Prepare Test Plan and Test cases

 Develop the framework and coding

 Perform unit testing, coordination testing and framework testing

 Demonstrate a bug free application after reasonable alteration, if necessary

4.2. Expected Outcome/Output

After the completion of the project we are expecting the following outputs which will minimize the
problems as well as solve the existing problem.

iContact Management System will have the following key goals:

• Provide a simple interface for client.

• Easy to store records

• No need to recall while putting away that on what page we are putting away as programming
will consequently look through the name you enter

• Updating should be possible.

• Deletion should likewise be possible when you needn't bother with a contact.

• You can look through a contact through his/her name, part of name, or other details that need
to be included on his/her details.

• You can view gathering of individuals as indicated by different alternatives like gathering of
individuals of same location or gathering of individuals of same organization and so on.

• Reports can be seen to demonstrate a theoretical type of contact book containing every one of
the contacts together at one spot

• Reports can be changed over as a pdf record to store as an easy route, no compelling reason
to run the product over and over

• User can consequently interface themselves to internet based life website

• User can give all proposals they need and can spare their documents.
