Subject : Reiteration of Memorandum RE: Back to Office Report
Date : May 2 2019

To better document the activities and trainings attended by Administrative Service Personnel and
to justify the expenses expended and incurred in those undertaking[s], it is imperative that a Back-
to-Office Report be submitted to the head of Office, and endorsed to the Director of Administrative
Service.
Take note that these undertakings form part of the Service’s accomplishment, and that every
accomplishment has to be duly supported by adequate documentation. Hence, memorandum
dated 5 November 2018 regarding the submission of Back-to-Office report is hereby reiterated.
All Division Chiefs are directed to compel their personnel who have attended trainings, and
[inter/intra-agency] activities, representing the Department or the Administrative Service, to
submit the abovementioned report, two-three [working] days after the conduct of the activity.

Compliance is enjoined.
