• NAME - XPS & ASSOCIATES

• MISSION STATEMENT – The goal of this business is to provide businesses world class security
auditing. This auditing is all encompassing, not doesn't take plane only in cyberspace. The
security audit also happens in person, to test the physical security, as well as to test the staf
(Social engineering). We use the same technology that the bad guys use, the ones that want to
break in and do nefarious things, and we go about it in a similar way; we simulate what it is
they would do themselves, if they were also high skilled. We will have diferent service
packages available, but the end goal is to always provide the customer with a sense of safety
and security, knowing that they have become more fortified through the testing. We also ofer
an implementation service, to add the changes to the network, as well as a VIP program, that
allows customers to have us on retainer.

Money Flow - Diferent programs are ofered. The main concept being that we audit or simulate an
attack on the business, virtually, physically, or both. The choice is made from the diferent services
that we ofer. We also ofer to help implement the needed changes for the client once/if we find
anything. Lastly, we ofer a remote monitoring service/first response service in case of any type of
breach at a monthly charge. So the initial charge would be from the initial service, the secondary
charge would be from implementation of any needed changes, and the last fee would be the monthly
charge from monitoring

Services - Services are broken down into three sections. Security Analysis, Implementation, and
Retainment.
----- Security Analysis - Basic Audit - Basic penetration test - Advanced Penetration Test - Red Team -
Purple Team
----- Implementation - The process of implementing any/all security flaws/problems that we found. If
not implementing them ourselves, helping and pushing in the right direction of getting it done,
outside of the Security Analysis.
----- Retainment - Level 1 Retainment, Level 2 Retainment, and Level 3 Retainment - The diferent
levels of Retainment mean the diferent
