Terms & Conditions:

Swiggy Super Contest is a joint promotion Campaign (“hereinafter referred to as Campaign”)

during the period of 14th June 2019 to 27th June, 2019 run jointly by Bundl Technologies Private
Limited and Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (collectively called as “Swiggy &
Samsung”), wherein the User (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer”) gets an
opportunity to participate in the Campaign wherein the User(s) will be selected through lucky
draw and may be eligible to win Samsung M Series Mobile subject to the terms and conditions
mentioned below:

1. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and
the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic
records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This
electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or
digital signatures.
2. Swiggy & Samsung reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate, amend or
extend, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions, at any time without
any prior written notice to you.
3. By participating in this Campaign, all eligible participant User(s) agree to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant
documentation that are available on www.swiggy.com or www.samsung.com/in including
any modifications, alterations or updates that Swiggy & Samsung make respectively.
4. To participate in the Campaign, You need to fulfil the following criteria:
• you need to be a Swiggy Super User
• you have to fill your details (name, phone no. and e-mail id) on Samsung’s microsite
• you are competent to contract as mandated by the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
• you shall be in whole compliance of and adhere to all laws and regulations; and
• that you have never been convicted of any crime under the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
5. Swiggy & Samsung reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant
User that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign or violates the Policy.
6. How to participate in the Contest:-
• Step 1: Go to https://bit.ly/2Kdd0SC
• Step 2: Enter your name, phone number & email ID registered with Swiggy
• Your participation in the contest is subject to verification by Swiggy.
7. The details of the contest are:
 • Platform: Twitter
• Contest communication will be shared via emails and Swiggy’s Twitter handle
• Contest details: ‘Win A Samsung Phone’ is a lucky draw contest where Swiggy Super
Users have a chance of winning 1 Samsung M Series mobile phone or flat Rs. 8000 off
on the same each day of the Contest. Each day 2 participant Users will be chosen for
the giveaway. For this, participant User(s) need to enter their details on Samsung’s
microsite. The Contest will run for 2 weeks from 14th June 2019 to 27th June, 2019.
• Announcement: Swiggy will be announcing the winners on 24th June 2019 and 1st
July 2019. Such announcements will be made through Twitter.
• Gratification: Participant User(s) have to fill their details (name, phone no. and e-mail
id) to win a free Samsung Galaxy M10 phone or get flat Rs. 8000 of other Samsung M
Series phones.
• One user can be declared winner only once during the duration of the campaign.
8. All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with Swiggy & Samsung jointly
and shall be done as per the procedure adopted in our sole discretion. Our decision in this
regard will be final.
9. This Contest is valid in all cities The Contest is applicable only for Swiggy Super Users.
10. The participant User shall not damage or misuse intellectual property rights belonging to
Swiggy & Samsung or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols
etc. being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Swiggy & Samsung respectively
and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any
unauthorized usage would amount to an "unlawful act" under the applicable law.
11. There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not
give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non- transferable.
12. Swiggy & Samsung shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising
due to participation by any person in the Contest.
13. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Swiggy & Samsung harmless against all damages,
liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s
fee) that may be suffered by Swiggy & Samsung as a consequence of (i) violation of terms
of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting
due to wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in
India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that
may arise under these terms and conditions.
