PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

The purpose of this study is to know how to be successful by running business.By

starting selling our product at Looc Integrated School(LIS) and also to sell affordable and healthy
pancake for students and teachers.

SCIENTIFIC/THEORETICAL BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

• Pancake is one of the common sweets in the philippines that’s why we add some twist
in our pancake, we use aratelis as the highlight of our pancake. Aratelis has a potential anti-
diabetic component. Recently student scientist from Iloilo city discovered potential anti-
diabetic components in the aratelis fruit. Aratelis have bioactive compounds like anthocyanin,
flavoniod and polyphenol in the aratelis fruit. These components maybe usefull as a cure for
the diabetes.

TECHNICAL ASPECT
• Product description
Pancake with a unique combination of the aratelis syrup that give a longlasting taste to your
mouth as the same time aratilis give a lot of benefits to the buyer to their health. Sweets,
healthy, and echo budget friendly. And also to promote the anti-diabetic fruit the aratelis fruit.
• Product process

• Step1. In large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt or cheese, and sugar.
• Step2. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until
smooth.
• Step3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
• Step4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each
pancake.
• Step5. Brown on both side and pour the aratelis syrup serve hot.

1 table spoon white sugar
1 ¼ cups milk
3 tablespoons butter,melted
Aratelis syrup
honey
