Each time Arcma hits an enemy, the enemy gains one stack of Plasma Concentration (Plasma Concentration only works one at a time), after the enemy gain 3 stacks, the Plasma Concentration will explode, dealing 200 – 560 points of True Damage (scales with hero’s level)
