Arcma = Marksman of the Cyber City =

Passive- Plasma Concentration


Each time Arcma hits an enemy, the enemy gains one stack of Plasma
Concentration (Plasma Concentration only works one at a time), after
the enemy gain 3 stacks, the Plasma Concentration will explode, dealing
200 – 560 points of True Damage (scales with hero’s level)

Skill 1- Arc Fury


Arcma reloads her gun for her next shot, which has 3 ammo (applies
passive) The first bullet will deal true damage, while the other two will
deal Physical Damage equal to +(100% Total Physical Damage)

Skill 2- Area Teleportation


Arcma uses the tech of Cyber City to teleport a short distance, after
teleporting gains an increase of movement speed.

Ult- Ultimate Barrage


Arcma locks on a hero and sends a barrage of basic attacks 6/9/12
bullets (applies Passive) after sending the attack, the target will explode
and will take 300/600/900 (+100% Total Physical Damage) the
surroundings will only take 60% of damage
Milodoris = Monster of the Eternal Skies =
Passive- Eternal Hatred
Milodoris will gain 1 rage after each skill cast, after accumulating 3 rage
his next attack (skill or basic) will deal 200% amount of damage the skill
has, after hitting the enemy he will plunge his hatred into that enemy,
thus slowing the enemy down by 20% movement speed, and Physical
Armor will be reduced.
Skill 1- Spear of Hatred
Milodoris makes his hand into a spear, and plunges into the designated
direction, dealing 300/375/450/525/600/700 (+100% Total Physical
Damage) of Physical Damage and Milodoris gains
100/200/300/400/500/550 (+50% Total Physical Damage) of shield. The
enemy who is hit will be slowed by 10% movement speed

Skill 2- Plunging Hatred


Milodoris summons spears in a designated location, after
3/2.8/2.6/2.4/2.2/2 seconds, the spears will stun the enemies who are
hit, and the spears will deal 200/300/400/450/500/575 (+125% Total
Physical Damage) of Physical Damage.

Skill 3- Hatred Rush


Milodoris can dash 3 times (no matter if they are enemies or not) and
after dashing the lines that he made will turn into big rocks (cannot be
escaped normally) and will explode each rock will deal 500/750/1000
(+100% Total Physical Damage) of Physical Damage and stuns the
target(s). Rocks with each dash is 2
