Project QHSE Plan For Crew 1660A

5. Project Hazard Analysis (HARC)

5.1. HARC process
The WG method for risk assessment is fully described in the WG Crew Plan based upon the
SLB HARC Standard S020.

5.2. Operational risks

The complete Land Generic HARC Register is published in InTouch
http://intouchsupport.com/intouch/methodinvokerpage.cfm?caseid=4142095 and identifies all
the major generic risks that have been assessed for land crew operations.
Before each project the Operations Manager and Field Managers will determine the “Top 10”
risk based activities for the crew by:

• Reviewing the current Top 10 risks to check if they still apply.

• Re-assessing the Generic HARC Register, checking the pre and post control risk ratings

Schlumberger Private
and confirming that they are applicable for the crew.

• Considering any new crew or project specific risks by:

• Reviewing the QUEST risk profile for current trends in HiPo and CMS events for their
crew.

• Reviewing CMS events by hazard category for the new project location and region.

• Reviewing the top Regional risks as compiled by the WG Land HSE Coordinator /
Supervisor.
The resulting Top 10 operational risks should be published as a summary table on the Crew
Reference Page, and included below with the person(s) responsible for implementation of the
HARC identified.
