Inspection report

Inspection Details:

 The holds n° 1; 2; 3; 4; 6 & 7 were re inspected and approved by first control Fides Control, with
SENASA supervision.

 We confirm that, prior to commencement of loading, the accessible parts of the vessel’s holds and
hatches have been visually inspected and found, in these respects, to be free from visible
infestation, well cleaned and free of rests of previous cargoes (Coal).

 The inspector who carried out the inspection reports that the state of the holds is very good in
terms of cleaning. We inspected in each of the 6 holds: hatches, covers, guides, walls, floor, frames,
and even the decks and were in very good state of cleanliness.
 In the first Inspection we detected that the state of the holds wasn´t very good in terms of cleaning.
As a consequence, holds were rejected and cleanliness operation was carried out.

 Cleaning of holds was carried out by a specialized company Riversea. They used chemicals and
reached the most complicated places (upper parts of holds).

 After the cleaning operation we found that the holds were in good conditions and the rust and
oxide were totally removed, so they were approved.

 The floors were thoroughly cleaned, eliminating all previous cargo and removable parts of rust that
were observed in insignificantly amounts. The walls of the holds were also re cleaned.

 No live insects were found.

 We can say that all holds of vessel were found optimal conditions to receive merchandise at the
time of the inspection.
