Good day! I S/G Mateo S. Dumdum a security guard in Gaisano Town Balamban located in Lacdon,
Balamban, Cebu, would like to pass my resignation letter in your good office. Madam, I am resigning as a
security guard at Gaisano Town Balamban located in Lacdon, Balamban, Cebu, effective July 01, 2019;
because my wife needs me to get her and fetch her daily at Sunog Elementary School. She needs a driver
who drives her when she goes to her transfer school. Then, I fetch her also to her Graduate Studies in
Pinamungajan Cebu wherein she cannot arrive late to her school.

In addition to, I started my duty on November 20, 2018. Today, I resign on July 01, 2019 as effective
date.
