INTERPRETATION:

This ungrouped data presentation is entitled “The Number of Minutes Spent by Students
Travelling to School”. The data above shows the minutes of students travelling from home to
school the longest minutes of students travelling or commuting to school is ninety-five minutes
and the lowest minutes spent by students travelling or commuting to school is 3 minutes. The
most number of minutes a student is spending commuting to school is three minutes to fifteen
minutes. This part represents the ungrouped data collected by the researcher to be grouped and
find the mean, median and mode. This ungrouped data that I have gathered is from fifty
respondents that I have surveyed from Educational System Technological Institute students at
barangay Murallon, Boac, Marinduque, the data above will show later the lowest minutes spent
and the highest, and also the most number of minutes spent by students travelling from home to
school.
EXERCISE NO.2

I. Find the mean, median, mode in your data.

60 50 30 30 35 60 35 35 30 60
30 45 30 45 9 5 60 10 30 60
95 15 3 10 30 30 45 5 7 30
50 4 15 10 5 14 20 20 8 15
10 10 7 8 60 30 33 60 5 30
= 1,433 ÷ 50 =28.66

MEAN=28.66

MEDIAN = 30

30+30=60÷2=30

MODE=3,4,5,7,8,9,10,14,15,20,30,33,35,45,50,60,95

INTERPRETATION

* In this exercise the exercise no. 2 we find and solve the mean median and the mode in this
exercise

ENTERPRETATION
* Exercise no.3 in this exercise you will need to get class limit, interval, frequency, and also you
need to tally because you need to get the frequency. In this exercise will be so exciting and also I
get confused in a little bit that’s why my notebook is dirty because for being confused when I
make this exercise when mam flavier says to do this exercise. To get the range you will need to
minus the lowest no. of your data to the highest no. of your data to get the range. And getting the
interval you will need in this to divide the ranges to the square root of n also called the no. of the
respondent first is you will get the square root of whole no. of your respondent and it is the 50
and the square root of these is 7.07 then divide it into your range and the range is the answer in
the lowest minus the highest no. of the data. And the no. that will result in the dividing of the
range and in the no. of respondent is the interval if you get the interval you can start your class
limit and you can start you tally to get the frequency. In this exercise I‘m so being confused in
the class interval and class limit but now I knew it now and I know how to do it because I
already experience it when I in grade 10 but when mam flavier said make this I’m confused a
little bit even I already know this and experience this in the time that mam gave this exercise.
But this now I know already and I can answer it and I am ready to this if mam flavier gave an
another exercise like this I know how to solve the interval and range and I’m so ready for like
this exercise if mam gave me and my class mate like this.
