This unit of hot air

oven is called
power indicator. Its
very common one
like another home
appliances. This
will turn on when
we switch on the
hot air oven.

 Temperature
Regulator
This unit of hot air oven
is called temperature
regulator. Temperature
will increase if we turn
this clockwise and
temperature will decrease
if we turn this anti
clockwise.

Indicator
(Thermometer)

This is temperature
indicator, which indicate
the temperature inside
the hot air oven. And the
another end of this
thermometer is situated
inside the oven.

 Door Handle
This part is called door
handle. Unlike other
ordinary handle or opener it
is having roller ball, which
close the door very
efficiently and does not
allow any heat loss, this
maintain the optimum
temperature inside the
chamber.

 Door Handle
(Operation)
This Image shows you how
to open the door with using
door handle. Uplift the
handle front side and hold it
till roller ball moves and
door opens. There is a
holder or clip for the roller
ball just on the front side.

 Door Handle (Holder in front side)
This Image shows you how holder hold the rolling ball in the from side just to make a tight an seal lock. There is a hook like structure
which get fitted with the ball in door opener, this does not allow to slip the door or exchange the heat from in or out side.

 Removal of Tray

requirement ( If oven is in

 Thermostat
This is the image of thermostat.
Thermostat is a device which
control or regulate the changes
in temperature you have set
earlier via regulator. It is based
on auto cut principle. When
temp increase this device stop
automatically, and when
temperature falls from set point,
it start automatically.

(Position)

This is the image vent. This is

an opening that allows air, gas,
or liquid to pass out from any of
confined place, here from the
hot air oven. This is situated
either or both side of the hot air
oven, and may wary according
to the model available.

 Perforated Tray
This image shows the
perforation over the tray. These
allows the vapor or hot air to
pass from bottom to top an top
to bottom in circulatory motion.
This perforation plays a
important role in drying
uniformity.
